Meet Tal Rafel

Tal is a yoga, meditation, and mindfulness educator with a postgrad in Positive Psychology, Psychotherapy, and Counselling.

 

Through her transformative workshops, retreats, and coaching, she guides people toward deeper self-connection using mindfulness and evidence-based practices. Tal uniquely combines the experiential magic of meditation with neuroscience, offering tailored techniques to fit each person’s mind, lifestyle, and personality.

Her strength lies in breaking down complex concepts into simple, practical tools that can be easily integrated into daily life. Tal’s classes and sessions are warm, safe, and interactive, creating a welcoming space for individuals to shift from reactivity to mindful awareness and make empowered choices.
